Welcome to Warron Woods.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, services, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).
Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Warron Woods Company. “You” and “your” refer to any person who visits our website, creates an account, places an order, purchases a product, or otherwise uses our Services.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our other applicable policies, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Online Store Terms
You may use our website and Services only for lawful purposes.
By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase transaction or have the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our products, website, or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You may not transmit viruses, malicious code, or other technology intended to damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or data.
2. Products & Sporting Goods
We sell sporting goods and related merchandise, which may include:
Our inventory may include products sold under our own product offerings as well as merchandise manufactured by third-party brands.
Products, sizes, colors, styles, quantities, and availability may change at any time.
3. Product Information, Images & Sizing
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including product names, photographs, colors, sizes, measurements, materials, features, specifications, and other information.
However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, and display settings.
Sizing and fit may vary between manufacturers, styles, and product categories. Size charts and measurements are provided as general guidance when available and do not guarantee a particular fit.
Customers are responsible for reviewing available product and sizing information before purchasing.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, images, specifications, sizing information, or other website content.
4. Third-Party Branded Products
Our inventory may include authentic merchandise manufactured by third-party sporting-goods brands.
All third-party brand names, trademarks, logos, product names, and other intellectual property are the property of their respective owners.
References to third-party brands are used to identify and describe products offered for sale.
The availability or sale of a third-party branded product through our store does not necessarily mean that the manufacturer sponsors, operates, endorses, or is affiliated with our store.
5. Product Safety, Fit & Proper Use
Sports, exercise, training, and recreational activities involve inherent risks.
Customers and users are responsible for selecting products appropriate for the intended sport or activity and for the user's age, size, skill level, physical ability, and playing conditions.
Before using a product, inspect it carefully and follow all product instructions, labels, warnings, sizing information, care instructions, and safety recommendations supplied with the product or provided by the manufacturer.
Do not use a product that is damaged, excessively worn, incorrectly assembled, improperly fitted, altered in a manner that may affect safety, or otherwise appears unsafe.
Children should use sporting goods and equipment with appropriate adult supervision.
No sporting product or protective equipment can eliminate all risks associated with athletic or recreational activities.
Soccer Gear & Equipment
Soccer equipment and accessories should be appropriate for the player's age, size, level of play, intended activity, and playing surface.
Inspect equipment before use for cracks, tears, loose components, excessive wear, damage, or other conditions that may affect safe performance.
Use equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions and rules of the sport.
Shin Guards & Protective Equipment
Shin guards and other protective sporting equipment are intended to help reduce the risk or severity of certain injuries.
No shin guard or other protective equipment can prevent all injuries.
Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate size and type of protective equipment and ensuring that it fits and is worn correctly.
Protective equipment should be inspected regularly and replaced if damaged, excessively worn, improperly fitting, or otherwise no longer suitable for safe use.
Always follow applicable manufacturer instructions, safety warnings, and rules of the sport.
Athletic Shoes, Soccer Shoes & Cleats
Athletic footwear should be selected based on proper fit, intended sport, activity, and playing surface.
Using footwear on a surface or for an activity for which it was not designed may increase the risk of slipping, falling, discomfort, product damage, or injury.
Customers should confirm proper fit before using footwear for athletic activities.
Inspect shoes and cleats regularly. Discontinue use if soles, studs, cleats, uppers, closures, or other components become damaged, loose, or excessively worn.
Softball, Baseball, Soccer & Athletic Pants
Athletic pants and apparel should fit appropriately and allow reasonable freedom of movement for the intended activity.
Ordinary athletic apparel is not protective equipment unless the specific product is expressly designed and identified as providing a protective function.
Improperly fitted, excessively loose, excessively tight, damaged, or altered apparel may interfere with movement or athletic activity.
Follow the applicable washing, drying, and care instructions to help maintain the product's condition and performance.
Backpacks, Sports Bags & Equipment Bags
Backpacks and sports bags should be used only for their intended purpose and within a reasonable carrying capacity.
Do not overload backpacks or bags. Excessive weight or improper carrying may cause discomfort, strain, loss of balance, or damage to the product.
Where adjustable straps are provided, adjust them for an appropriate and comfortable fit and distribute contents reasonably.
Children should carry loads appropriate for their size and ability.
Use reasonable care around straps, cords, buckles, zippers, and other components to avoid entanglement or other hazards.
Children's Use
Parents, guardians, coaches, and other responsible adults should determine whether a sporting product is appropriate for a child's age, size, ability, and intended activity.
Appropriate adult supervision should be provided when necessary.
Keep plastic bags, packaging materials, small detachable components, cords, straps, and other potentially hazardous materials away from infants and young children when appropriate.
Product Modification
Do not modify, cut, alter, remove safety components from, or otherwise change sporting equipment in a way that could compromise its intended performance or safety.
Any customization or modification should be performed only when appropriate for the particular product and consistent with manufacturer instructions.
Manufacturer Instructions & Warnings
Product-specific instructions, labels, warnings, age recommendations, sizing requirements, and manufacturer safety information should always be followed.
If manufacturer instructions or product-specific warnings differ from general information on our website, follow the applicable product-specific instructions and warnings.
6. Prices
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
Promotional pricing, discounts, clearance pricing, and other special offers may be subject to separate conditions.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are accurate. However, pricing, typographical, technical, or other errors may occasionally occur.
If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to correct the error or cancel the affected order.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Inventory & Availability
All merchandise is subject to availability.
Some merchandise may be available only in limited quantities, including discontinued styles, closeout products, and remaining inventory.
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item.
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information, inventory discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the unavailable item or order and refund the applicable amount.
8. Final Sale & Limited Inventory
Certain discontinued, closeout, remaining-inventory, clearance, or specially priced merchandise may be designated FINAL SALE.
A product is considered Final Sale only when it is clearly identified as “Final Sale” on the applicable product page or during the purchasing process.
Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as size, fit, color, preference, or change of mind, subject to applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.
Discounted merchandise is not automatically Final Sale unless specifically identified as Final Sale.
Please carefully review the product description, size, color, quantity, and Final Sale designation before purchasing.
Final Sale restrictions do not prevent customers from contacting us regarding merchandise that arrived incorrect, damaged, or potentially defective.
9. Orders & Order Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in your order.
Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the applicable amount.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Please carefully review your products, sizes, colors, quantities, shipping address, and billing information before submitting your order.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Once an order has entered processing or shipping, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with requested changes but cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after submission.
11. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
You authorize us and our applicable payment service providers to charge the amount associated with your purchase.
Transactions may be processed through third-party payment processors.
We may decline or cancel a transaction that cannot be authorized or that we reasonably believe may be fraudulent or unauthorized.
12. Taxes
Applicable sales tax and other legally required charges may be calculated during checkout based on the transaction and shipping destination.
Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, or other legally applicable charges associated with their purchases unless otherwise stated.
13. Shipping & Delivery
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges will be provided when applicable during checkout.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Shipping may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, high shipping volumes, natural disasters, and other events.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or another delivery problem not caused by us, additional shipping charges may apply.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.
14. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Please review the Return & Refund Policy before purchasing, particularly when purchasing footwear, protective equipment, sporting apparel, clearance products, or Final Sale merchandise.
15. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your merchandise after delivery.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or potentially defective, contact us promptly.
We may request:
Do not continue using sporting equipment that appears damaged, defective, or unsafe.
We will review reported issues and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with our policies and applicable law.
16. Normal Wear & Tear
Sporting goods, footwear, apparel, bags, and equipment naturally experience wear through use.
Ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, improper fit, unauthorized modification, inappropriate playing surfaces, or use contrary to product instructions is not necessarily a product defect.
Certain products may be covered separately by a manufacturer's warranty.
17. Manufacturer Warranties
Certain merchandise may include warranties offered by its manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties are separate from our Return & Refund Policy and are governed by the manufacturer's own terms, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and claim procedures.
We do not independently extend or modify a manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated.
18. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers, coupons, discount codes, and other special offers may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions:
We may refuse or cancel the use of a promotion when we reasonably determine that it was obtained or used fraudulently or contrary to its stated terms.
19. Customer Accounts
Certain features may allow you to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You agree to provide accurate and current account information.

23. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, social-media services, and technology providers.
Third-party services operate independently and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or policies that we do not control.
24. Privacy
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information associated with your use of our website and Services is handled.
25. Electronic Communications
When you place an order, create an account, or communicate with us electronically, you consent to receive transactional electronic communications relating to your purchase, account, order, delivery, return, or customer-service request.
Marketing communications are subject to applicable law and available communication preferences.
26. Assumption of Inherent Sports Risks
Participation in sports, physical exercise, training, and recreational activities involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated through sporting goods, footwear, apparel, or protective equipment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers and product users are responsible for using products appropriately, following applicable safety instructions, and evaluating the risks associated with their chosen activities.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, exclude, or limit rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be waived, excluded, or limited.
27. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, DELAY, OR ERROR.

ANY LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN THESE TERMS APPLIES ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS IS INTENDED TO LIMIT OR EXCLUDE LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.
29. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Warron Woods Company LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of our Services, material violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's legal rights.
30. Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive activity associated with orders, payments, promotions, returns, refunds, or customer accounts.
Where permitted by law, we may refuse transactions, restrict accounts, cancel orders, or take other reasonable measures to protect our customers and business from fraud or abuse.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or change products, product availability, website features, or other portions of our Services from time to time.
We are not obligated to continue offering a particular product, brand, size, color, style, promotion, or website feature indefinitely.
32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our business, Services, policies, or legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will post the revised Terms and update the “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law.
33. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
34. No Waiver
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
35. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of our Services and purchases from our store, except where separate written terms apply.
